This is one healthy type of diet as it consists of green vegetables that are not only low in fats and calories, but also rich in vitamins, minerals and nutrients that are required by the body. Spinach, broccoli, asparagus, parsley, cucumber, peppers, tomatoes and celery constitutes this diet.
